Potato - 3-4 nos (peeled and cut length-wise)
Garlic - 15-20 cloves (peeled and grind into a course paste)
Redchilly powder - 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Garam masala - 1/2 tsp
Lime - 1 tsp
1) Mix all the above ingredients and let it marinate for 15-20 minutes.
2) Heat oil in pan and deep fry the marinated potatoes till it turns brown and crispy. Serve hot.
