Kara dosa:

This recipe was my own try. I dont know if anybody else have already tried this. I wanted to try

something new with dosa batter, thus i thought of doing this, and it came out really well. My

hubby liked it very much. This dosa tastes really good when made like paper roast (thin). Goes

well with coconut chutney.

Ingredients:

Dosa batter

Redchilly powder - 1 tsp

Tomato puree - 1 tsp

Salt to taste

Asafoetida powder - 1 pinch

Tumeric powder- 1/4 tsp

Method:

1) Mix all the ingredients, heat the dosa tawa, pour the masala batter in form of a pancake, sprinkle oil on sides and cook both sides. Serve hot.
