Wheat Dosa

Ingredients:

Wheat flour - 3 cups

Green chillies - 2 nos (finely chopped)

Egg - 1 nos (or) Rava - 2 tsps

Onion - 1 no (chopped)

Few curry leaves

Salt to taste


Method:

1) Mix all these ingredients in a bowl with 1 cup of water till it becomes a pouring batter.

2) Heat the tava, pour the batter in a form of pancake. After one side is cooked, turn it to the other side and cook till it becomes a brown colour. Serve Hot with chutney.

Nice pictures Priya...I have never tried adding eggs to wheat dosa batter beofer...have to try your version soon :)

Healthy and Yummy dosa..My mom used to make the sweet version of wheat dosa. Would love to try this one day.
