Masala Egg Sandwich

Monday, November 9, 2009

Ingredients:

Hard boiled eggs - 2 nos ( I used only the egg whites)

Bread slices - 3 nos (I used brown bread)

Redchilly powder - 1 tsp

Tumeric powder - 1/2 tsp

Salt to taste

Tomato - 1 (dice cut)

Butter - 2 tsp

Method:

1) Cut the hard boiled eggs into small pieces. Keep aside.

2) Heat oil in pan, add the egg pieces and fry for 2 minutes, then add redchilly powder, tumeric powder, salt and saute for 2-3 minutes until the raw taste goes off.

3) Spread butter on both sides of each bread. Keep the egg masala between two breads, tomato slices on top and another bread on top, and toast them together. Serve hot.
