Mint Dosai

Ingredients:

Mint leaves - 1 hand full

Small onions - 3-4 nos

Red chilly (dry) - 2 nos

Salt to taste

Dosa batter - 1 large bowl

Method:

1) Grind all ingredients except the dosa batter in a blender with 1/2 cup water until well blend.

2) Mix it with the dosa batter. Spread this batter in a hot tawa in form of a pancake. Sprinkle oil on sides. cook both sides till it becomes light golden. Serve hot.
