Wheat Dry Fruit Cake

Ingredients:

Wheat flour - 1 cup

Maida - 1 cup

Baking powder- 1 tsp

Vanilla essence - few drops

Milk - 2 tsp

Ghee - 1/2 cup

Raisins, cashew, almonds - 1 tsp (each)

Egg - 1 (well beaten)


Method:

1) Fry the wheat flour in a pan till its color changes a little.

2) Now mix with it maida, ghee, milk, beaten egg, baking powder, essence and blend well it becomes a smooth pouring batter.

3) Grind all the dry fruits in a blender and mix it with the batter. Grease the baking bowl with ghee.

4) Pre heat the oven at 250 degree. Pour the batter in the bowl and bake it for 10-12 minutes. Give a standing time of 5 minutes.

Note:

Poke the cake with a knife or fork after baking is done, when the knife comes out clean, then it is fully baked.
