Chicken Lollipop

Ingredients:
Chicken wings - 6-7 nos
Green chillies - 2-3 nos
Onion - 1 no
Ginger - 1 inch (chopped)
Garlic - 3 pods (chopped)
Coriander leaves
Curry leaves
Tomato ketchup - 1 cup
Soy sauce - 1 cup
Egg - 1 no
Corn flour - 1 tsp
Maida - 1 tsp
Chilly powder - 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Ginger-Garlic paste - 1 tsp
Cheese - 1 strip (chopped)
Bread crumbs - 1 cup
Method:
To make the lollipop:
1) Cut the chicken wings into two halves. Chop off the end bone.
2) Now pull the flesh of the front part and mould it in form of a lollipop.
To make the recipe:
1) In a bowl, mix the tomato ketchup, soy sauce, ginger-garlic paste, grated cheese, a little salt and beat well till well blend.
2) Pour it in the lollipop and mix well. Let it marinate for 1/2 hour.
3) In another bowl, beat the egg with corn flour, maida, chilly powder. Keep aside.
4) Heat oil in pan, dip the marinated lollipop's in the egg-corn mixture, roll over the bread crumbs simmer and deep fry in batches. (till well cooked and crispy). Keep aside.
5) After frying, in another pan, add 1 tsp of oil, add onions and saute till it turns soft, now add the ginger, garlic, green chillies, coriander leaves, curry leaves, little salt and saute till it is all mixed up well.
6) Now add 2 tsp of ketchup, 2 tsp of soy sauce and mix well for 3 minutes. Arrange the fried lollipop pieces in a serving plate. Pour the onion mixture above these pieces and serve hot.
