First Blog Anniversary and back after a long gap

Hi guys!
Hope nobody would have forgotten me. I was in a very long gap. I missed all your wonderful recipes, events and comments. I will try to be regular from now on. I really don't know why i was off with blogging.
I even missed posting my first anniversary post which was on july 17th, so posting it now.
