Potato - Garlic Wedges

Ingredients:

Potatoes - 3 nos (cut into square shaped pieces)

Garlic pods - 6 nos

Turmeric powder - 1 pinch

Corn Flour - 1 cup

Salt to taste

Pepper powder - 1 pinch


Method:

1) Grind the garlic pods in a blender till it becomes a paste.

2) Now mix all the ingredients together, sprinkling some water. Let it marinate for 1/2 hour.

3) Heat oil in pan, add the potato pieces in batches and deep fry in simmer, till it becomes golden and cooked. Serve hot.
