Simple Mango pickle and an Award

Raw Mango - 2 nos (finely chopped)

Red chilly powder - 1 tsp

Salt to taste

Coconut oil - 1 tsp

Mustard seeds - 1/4 tsp


  Mix the raw mango, chilly powder and salt, so that they blend well. Now heat coconut oil in pan, add mustard seeds, after sputtering, add it to the mango pickle mixture and serve with curd rice!
